Orders are shipped from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and China-based fulfillment centers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link within 24 hours of shipment.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

Delivery Delays

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We stand behind every order.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days. In accordance with our Refund Policy, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a one-time replacement if the package is deemed lost in transit. For items that arrive damaged, please reach out with photos so we can arrange a free replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and European countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Crenjo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for any original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.
