The Crenjo Quality Guarantee

Our "Replacement-First" Resolution

Step 1 (Replacement): Once we verify the issue, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement to you at no additional cost.

Step 2 (Refund): In the rare event that the replacement item also arrives defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Note: In most cases, you will not be required to mail the defective item back to us, saving you the hassle of return shipping.
"Change of Mind" Policy
